What we do…

Our Athletics Camps are for athletes aged 5 - 13, and we're all about getting them moving and having a blast. We run sessions during the February half-term, Easter Break, May half-term, Summer break and October half-term. All year round!

At Trackstart, we cover the foundations of running, throwing, and jumping, keeping it engaging with fun games, challenging activities, and competitions. It's all about letting kids enjoy themselves while they learn and grow.

When school's out, our holiday camps kick things up a notch. It's not just about sports; we offer a full experience where kids can stay active, learn new skills, and make friends! We've got a fresh approach to inspire young athletes to do their best.

This Summer, take your training to the next level with our exciting Performance Camp for athletes aged 11–16!
Designed for young athletes ready to take their sport seriously, this camp offers an in-depth experience into the world of athletics. With expert coaching from Olympic athletes and their coaches, sessions on sports psychology and nutrition, and dedicated strength & conditioning training, your athlete will gain the tools, mindset, and motivation to thrive on and off the track.

CAmp

Get elite coaching in pole vault, hammer, javelin, and more. Work with specialist coaches to sharpen your technique, build strength, and gain the competitive edge you need to hit new PBs and dominate your event. Whether you're chasing precision or power, this is the ultimate summer training experience.
