What we do…
Our Athletics Camps are for children aged 5–13 and are all about getting young athletes moving, learning and having fun.
We run camps throughout the year during February Half Term, Easter, May Half Term, Summer and October Half Term holidays, providing active and engaging days when school is out.
At Trackstart, we focus on the fundamentals of running, jumping and throwing, delivered through exciting games, challenges and friendly competitions. Every session is designed to help children develop confidence, coordination and athletic skills while enjoying themselves in a positive and supportive environment.
Our holiday camps offer more than just sport. They give children the opportunity to stay active, try new activities, build friendships and create lasting memories. Whether your child is taking their first steps into athletics or already loves being active, our experienced coaches will help them learn, improve and have fun along the way.

Our Next Camp
Summer CAMPS
Trackstart Holiday Camps (Age 5-13)
Fun, active days packed with athletics, games and challenges for children.
Led by qualified England Athletics coaches, children will develop their running, jumping and throwing skills, build confidence and make new friends in a safe and supportive environment.

Please note: The first three weeks will take place indoors while our athletics track is being refurbished. Week 4 will be our first camp on the newly refurbished track.
Next Level Performance Camps (Age 11-16)
For young athletes who are serious about improving.
Our Performance Camp combines expert coaching, athlete insights and performance education to help ambitious young athletes develop their skills, knowledge and confidence.

Performance
CAmp
Take your training to the next level with our Performance Camp for athletes aged 11–16.
Designed for young athletes who want to improve and learn more about their sport, this exciting camp goes beyond the track. Athletes will gain valuable insight from Olympic athletes and experienced coaches, while exploring key topics including nutrition, sports psychology, recovery and strength & conditioning.
Whether your goal is to compete at a higher level or simply become a stronger, more confident athlete, this camp will provide the knowledge, skills and motivation to help you progress.
Explore specialist events including pole vault, hammer, javelin and more.
Learn from experienced coaches, develop your technique, build confidence and gain valuable event-specific knowledge to help you improve your performance and achieve your goals.
